HUNTINGTON CITY COMMERCIAL CORRIDOR PROJECT AREA Notice of Interlocal Agreements between the HUNTINGTON CITY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY and: HUNTINGTON CITY EMERY COUNTY EMERY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT EMERY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT CASTLE VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT Pursuant to Utah State Code Sections 11-13-219 and 17C-5-205(2)(a), the Huntington City Community Reinvestment Agency (the 'Agency') and Emery County, Emery County School District, Emery Water Conservancy District, and Castle Valley Special Service District (together, the 'Taxing Entities') are jointly providing this notice with respect to interlocal agreements (the 'Interlocal Agreements') entered into by and between the Agency and the Taxing Entities whereby the Taxing Entities consent to the Agency receiving all or a portion of the incremental property tax revenues generated in the Huntington Commercial Corridor Community Reinvestment Project Area (the 'Project Area') for a period of up to 20 years. The funds provided will allow the Agency to engage in project area development activities as described in the Project Area Plan and Budget. Copies of the Interlocal Agreement(s) are available for public inspection at the Agency's office located at 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah 84528 during regular office hours (Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m.). For a period of 30 days after publication of this notice (the '30-Day Period'), any person may contest the Interlocal Agreement(s) or the procedures used to adopt them if the Interlocal Agreement(s) or the procedures fail to comply with any applicable statutory requirement. After the 30-Day Period, no person may contest the Interlocal Agreement(s) for any cause. No action is required in connection with this notice.
