- MIDVALE CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that during a City Council meeting on March 26, 2024, the Midvale City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-O-04 An Ordinance Amending Title 17-7-4.10(B)(1)(d)(iii) relating to the Allowable Square Footage of Neighborhood Commercial in the RM-25 Zone of the Midvale City Municipal Code.
