- NOTICE OF INTENT Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 11-36a-501, notice is hereby given that the city of Vineyard, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Utah County, intends to commence the preparation of an amendment to its 2011 impact fee facilities plans (IFFPs) and impact fee analyses (IFAs), with respect to the Transportation Impact Fees, Sewer Impact Fees, Parks & Recreation Impact Fees, and Public Safety Impact Fees. The geographic area that will be included in the IFFPs and IFAs are all areas within Vineyard boundaries, and any areas served by Vineyard as shown on the attached boundary map. All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
