- From: Huntington City Community Reinvestment Agency Date: March 29, 2024 Re: Notice of Amended Project Area Plan for the Huntington City Commercial Corridor Community Reinvestment Project Area On March 20, 2024, the Huntington City Council adopted an amended project area plan for the Huntington City Commercial Corridor Community Reinvestment Project Area. The amended Plan removes a parcel from the Project Area that was not necessary for the Agency's project area development goals. A map is included with this notice The amended Plan was adopted by Ordinance No. 5-2024, which formally adopts the amended Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance and the adopted Project Area Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Huntington City offices at 20 South Main Street, Huntington, Utah, 84528. No action is required of you in connection with this notice.
