Public Hearings:
1. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 2024-0206, a zoning text amendment request by Clearfield City to amend Sections 11-10A and 11-21 of the Clearfield City Code to update the landscape open space requirements for the P-F Zone (Public Facilities) and make minor amendments to landscaping standards and requirements. 2. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on ZTA 2024-0306, a zoning text amendment request by Clearfield City to adopt an updated set of Development, Design, and Construction Standards. Staff: Tyson Stoddard, Planner (Legislative Matter).

Discussion and Possible Action on SP 2023-1205, a site plan request by David Abraham with Architectural Nexus on behalf of Clearfield Station Partners, LLC to construct two (2) mixed-use residential buildings at the subject location. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on SP 2024-0302, a site plan request by Clearfield City to construct a public works operations building and a fleet vehicle storage building at the subject property. Location: 497 S. Main Street (TIN:12-902-0001). Parcel Area: 6.26 Acres. Zone: P-F (Public Facilities). Staff: Brad McIlrath, Senior Planner (Administrative Action).

In addition, it is where the Planning Commission takes action on these items. Action may be taken which may include: approval, approval with conditions, denial, continuance or recommendation to other bodies as applicable.
