The request before the Board is to allow a new building to be constructed over an existing Quonset hut. The Quonset hut will then be removed from the inside. The property in question is located at 3671 South 5600 West and is zoned R-1-8 (Single Unit Dwelling Residential, minimum lot size 8,000 square feet).
