- Mona City Council Work Session & Executive Session Agenda Thursday, March 28, 2024 7:00 pm Mona City Council Room - 20 West Center Notice is hereby given that the Mona City Council will hold a work session & Closed Executive Session on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mona City Council Chambers located at 20 West Center Street, Mona City. The purpose of the work session is to discuss the following: Drinking Water Rate Study presentation by the Rural Community Assistant Corporation Devin Ingram Water Line The purpose of the closed executive session is as follows: Discussion concerning citizens' delinquent bills. The executive session will be closed as dictated in Utah Code 52- 4-205a.
