Notice is hereby given that on January 16, 2024 MARK DANIEL SOWDER filed a Petition to Appoint a Guardian for an Adult. A copy of the petition is on file with the clerk of the court and may be reviewed upon request. The petition has been set for hearing in this court at the FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT, 135 NORTH 100 WEST, LOGAN, UTAH, VIRTUAL GUARDIANSHIP HEARING, is scheduled on April 10, 2024, at 10:15 o'clock a.m. in Courtroom 1 Before Judge: ANGELA FONNESBECK. UCJA Rule 4-401.02: court proceedings, including electronic proceedings, may NOT be recorded, photographed, or transmitted. Failure to comply with this prohibition may be treated as contempt of court, punishable by fine and time in jail.
