The Lindon City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as
possible, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT, to
consider the following items:
An ordinance amendment to Title 17.02, the Lindon City Standard Land Use Table and the establishment
of section 17.01.410 to allow Market Garden uses in residential zones. A Market Garden use will allow a
homeowner, who meets specific development regulations, to cultivate agricultural products for sale as
well as provide educational classes and pick-your-own operations.
All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition.
Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
planningdept@lindoncity.org.
