PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate a portion of a Public Utility Easement recorded May 20, 2002 as Entry No. 167224 in Book 799 at Page 595 in the Official Records of Box Elder County to accommodate the construction of a new multi-tenant commercial building in the proposed Eagle Landing Phase 4 Subdivision located at 1136 South 450 West, between Hansen Motors and the Twisted Sugar/Jersey Mike's/Marco's Pizza building. An exhibit showing the said portion of easement is available on the Brigham City Website at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/public-notices-and-hearings The public hearing will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
