- Public Notice March 28, 2024 VERNAL CITY PUBLIC HEARING The Vernal City Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider a request for a subdivision amendment from Porcupine Properties, LLC for property located at 577 North and 587 North 100 East, Vernal, Utah (parcels 04:076:0281 & 04:076:0280). The public hearing for the subdivision amendment request will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 5:30 pm in the Vernal City Council Chambers, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Gabby Blackburn, 374 East Main, Vernal, Utah at least five days before the hearing at (435) 789-2255.
