NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 9, 2024, at 6:30 PM or as soon thereafter as business allows, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following items:
- Eagle Mountain Development Code Amendment: A proposal to enact an ordinance amending Title 15 by setting maximum separation distances for sewer manholes and fire hydrants. - Pinnacles Multi-Family Preliminary Plat: A request for preliminary plat approval for the Pinnacles multi-family (townhouse) project consisting of 167 lots/units on 13.2 acres, with 4.58 acres of open space, in the MF1 and MF2 zones, on property located west of Pony Express Parkway and north of E.
