Call to Order 6:01 pm those present Janette Nielsen, Erin Beckman, Brandon Jensen, Andrea Rizzo, Kevin Barnes, Dalton Williams, Patty and Mark Kubeja, Jesse Pennepacker, and Stephanie Burkett.
Pledge of Allegiance
Prayer: Kevin Barnes
Agenda: Dalton spoke regarding Navajo Hill. Plotted (wonky) no word from Aaron Langston. Charter needs to be turned into county to adjust charter. Tuesday night there was a fire meeting Janette attended, regarding county-wide fire protection. Kevin got a $50,000 grant for the roads. Stephanie Burkett came to notarize Jesse Pennepacker as a new board member and was sworn in. Cameron Westenkow is also a new board member and will get notarized in Big Water. Emergency road repairs resolution approved, along with processing liens on substantial delinquent accounts and rural waters membership.
Grant: Last time Brandon spoke with Tyson they thought it would be this week,DD
Brandon has been designated to develop a website, as per Janette. We will receive email through the website.
Aaron Langston will let us know about property lines from surveyor, regarding Navajo Hills. Aaron Langston (SITLA) said we need to reestablish original plans. Board will have to decide or add easement. Paid for surveys wonky Platt for lots and roads 1st right and refusal. Legal description of plots. Janette and Erin said we can be contacts for Aaron to work with us.
Suggestions were made for turning lanes, entering Wells from Hwy 89. Piggyback on previous 89 Solar Study. Troy Herald oversees Solar for SITLA.
Restake water lines. Burt Harris will be grading gravel with road grant money. Road mill will be $6 a ton and Littles equipment rental.
Jesse Pennepacker asked for adjustment for leak. We adjusted 75% him paying $191.50 and us crediting $574.50. Giving him credit. That meter 15 will be be put on standby.
Our meetings will be conducted 3rd Thursday of the month, at 6pm Utah time.
