DRAPER CITY CORPORATION ENGINEERING DIVISION 1020 EAST PIONEER ROAD DRAPER, UTAH 84020 TELEPHONE: (801) 576-6546 FACSIMILE: (801) 576- 6388 www.draperutah.gov MARCH 28, 2024 REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR THE WALDEN LANE PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION BETWEEN CINDY LANE TO 1300 EAST The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove and replace asphalt pavement, perform cement treatment of the base course, and complete curb, asphalt and drainage improvements on Walden Lane from Cindy Lane to 1300 East as described in the project plans and specifications. Bid documents and specifications will be posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) on or before WEDNESDAY APRIL 3RD, 2024 at 2:00PM. 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00PM on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17TH, 2024. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 5:00PM on TUESDAY, APRIL 16TH, 2024. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to awarding of a contract. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
