- To be posted on March 28, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Banasky Rentals Zoning Map Amendment request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 132 W 13490 S. The purpose of the request is to amend the Draper Zoning Map for the subject property from DC (Destination Commercial) to CBP (Business / Manufacturing Park) The hearing will be on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chamber.
