Description/Agenda: NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled city council meeting on April 16, 2024 at 6:35 p.m. at the Fillmore City council chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding an application for a zoning change from Agricultural-20 to General Commercial zone submitted by Sherry Paxton. The property being considered for this zone change includes parcel #s 6928, 6929, 6930, 6928-1, 6970-2, F-6970, and F-6969-1 totaling approximately 44.11 acres and are located at approximately 1155 North Cedar Mountain Road.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
