- City of Monticello NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TITLE 10 CHAPTER 2 Zoning Regulations: Supplementary Requirements and Procedures Commercial Plug-In Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Notice is hereby given that the Monticello Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main St, Monticello, Utah, beginning at 6:30 pm. A copy of the ordinance may be requested at the City Office. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive comment from the public regarding the City's proposal to establish the following zoning ordinance: ยง10-2: Commercial Plug-In Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Written comments may be addressed to Recorder Melissa Gill, melissa@monticelloutah.org , City of Monticello, P.O. Box 457, Monticello, Utah 84535, and must be received prior to or on the hearing date. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone requiring special accommodations to attend this hearing may call the Monticello City Office at least three days prior to the meeting, at 435-587-2271. /s/ Melissa Gill Recorder
