PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold public hearings at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a General Plan amendment to change the land-use map from LDR (Low Density Residential) and OS (Open Space) to COM (Commercial). This parcel is 7.13 acres in size. The parcel is generally located at 2121 Sunset Blvd. The applicant is Rosenburg & Associates/Jack de Ryk. The project will be known as Dean Terry GPA. Case No. 2024-GPA-005. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
