Planning and Zoning Approved Minutes for February 7, 2024 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Chair Tracy Randall, Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston, absent was Lowell Gardner. Randy Jensen was excused due to illness. Council Member Kristen Vose was present. Public attendance: Christina Olive and Marquette Cordova The Meeting was called to order by Chair Tracy Randall at 7:05 pm and then led the pledge. Minutes: A motion to approve the minutes for January 3, 2024 was made by Tyler Rowley. Seconded by Tracy Randall. All were in favor. Motion passed. Public Comments: No comments were given. Item #1: Christina Olive would like to apply for a business license for her business of pet grooming, Pampered Pets Salon. She has moved her Pet Salon business to her property at 40 North 555 West. She will not be living there because she is moving temporarily to Las Vegas, but her trailer will only be used for storage. Her horses, dogs, and chickens will no longer be on the property. She will have an employee, Marquette Cordova, doing the pet grooming from 9 to 5 during the week. Only the business will have anyone there. Motion made by Tyler Rowley to approve the business license for Christina Olive's Pampered Pets Salon with the conditions that customers need to park in the driveway and not on the street, the business needs to be hooked up to the sewer with no grey water dumping and water, no overnight dogs, and no one is to live on the property until a house or modular is put on the property. Seconded by Nancy Livingston. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #5: Adjourn Meeting: Nancy Livingston made a motion to adjourn meeting. Seconded by Tyler Rowley.
