- The Washington County Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing regarding a proposed zone change from A-20 (Agricultural 20 acre minimum lot size) zone to A-10 (Agricultural 10 acre minimum lot size) zone, for parcel C-39-C-NW and a proposed zone change to RA-10 (Residential Agricultural 10-acre minimum lot size) for parcel C-39-D-NW. The zone change request is in support of building an LDS Church on parcel C-39-D-NW. Applicant is Brown Consulting Engineers. The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding this matter on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 1:30 PM in the Washington County Administration Building Commission Chambers at 111 E.
