Description/Agenda: Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 7:00 pm and Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 6:00 pm. General Plan Amendment: - Edge Townhomes General Plan Amendment: The proposal is to amend the General Plan from Light Industrial to High Density Residential for property located at approximately 4000 East Powerhouse Road. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
