COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Washington Terrace City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2024. The project is the Rohmer Park - Parking Lot Improvements and includes the total removal and replacement of the asphalt on the 47,500 sf parking lot, along with the removal and replacement of a 530 lf chain link fence. The Project is located at 650 West 5100 South, Washington Terrace, UT. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. on April 2, 2024, and will be held at Washington Terrace City Hall, located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, UT, 84405. Further information such as a copy of the proposed application can be obtained by contacting Amy Rodriguez at 801-395-8283. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Amy Rodriguez at City Hall, 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, UT, 84405 at least three days prior to the hearing.
