4:00 COMMENCEMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING
1. Discussion on defining the roles and responsibilities of the County's Administrative Manager position.
2. Discussion on whether to seek a new slate of applicants or consider entering into an employment contract with the previous applicant the offer was extended to.
3. Discussion specific to Economic Development and if that will be handled 'in-house,' by contract, etc.
4. Discussion specific to the County's Fleet and whether to go out for RFP for purchase, lease or lease management services.
