Description/Agenda: NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Wales Town Council wishes to notify all interested residents of a public hearing to be held at the Wales Town Hall on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The following will be presented: 1. Proposed Ordinance No. 2024-01: An ordinance establishing and adopting Impact Fees on development activities within the service area of Wales Town 2. Proposed Ordinance No. 2024-02: An ordinance implementing an Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance for Wales Town Both proposed ordinances may be reviewed at the Wales Town office during regular business hours. This Notice of Public Hearing was published March 25, 2024
