NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - UTAH COUNTY COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AGENCY
The Utah County Community Reinvestment Agency (the 'Agency') will hold a public hearing on April 24, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah. Pursuant to Section 17C-1-805 of the Utah Code, the Agency is providing this notice to all property owners of record who own property within the Pinyon Creek Solar Project Community Reinvestment Project Area (hereafter referred to as the 'Pinyon CRA'). Furthermore, this notice is being mailed to the legislative bodies of each taxing entity that levies a property tax within the proposed Pinyon CRA, the State Tax Commission, and the Utah County Assessor and Auditor.

PLEASE NOTE:
The attached Notice of Public Hearing regarding the Pinyon Creek Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan and Budget has been provided to property owners, taxing entities, and interested parties has required by statute. The original notice indicated that the date and time for the hearing was 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2024, at the Utah County Administration Building, located at 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah. The Public Hearing will now be held at 2:00 p.m. on the same day and at the same location.
