Resolution 2024-2
Approving Monument Health Group, the management company of the two Monument Health skilled nursing facilities (Bountiful and Millcreek) for which the Hospital is the operator, to enter
into a loan transaction with Capital Finance, LLC, the proceeds of which will be used in the operations of the facilities. The loan documents relate only to the nursing facilities and to no other
assets of the District. Authorizing and directing the District's Executive Team to take all actions that are appropriate and necessary to allow Monument Health Group to secure the loan
described in the Resolution.
