Approval of Minutes: a. Regular Meeting held February 22, 2024 2. Ratification of Staff Approvals: a. Replace the deteriorated asphalt shingles with Laminate Architectural Shingles and touch up the exterior paint at 2546 Jefferson Avenue. b. Technical Committee approval for work done for the house at 2521 Van Buren Avenue. 3. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install fiber internet at 2548 Jackson Ave. 4. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, to install a new sign and exterior paint at 107 25th Street. 5. Certificate of Historic Appropriateness, Landscaping, Patio Addition, and Repair Stairs at 164 25th Street. 6. Other Business: a. Landmarks Work Session - April 18, 2024 b. July Meeting Reschedule - July 18, 2024, will be held in the 7th Floor Conference Room 7.
