NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE ROOSEVELT CITY COUNCIL
ROOSEVELT, UTAH
Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Councill will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., at the Roosevelt City Administration Building, 255 South State Street, Roosevelt, Utah. The Roosevelt City Council will receive public comment regarding the following item(s):
- Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Reopen and Adjustment
- Proposed Amendments to the Consolidated Fee Schedule
Resolution Changes include a discount for prepayment of travel team fees for baseball field use.
- Proposed Amendments to Roosevelt Municipal Code Titles 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 10, & 12
Recommended changes to the code are intended to make the language more plain/ understandable, ensure city codes are compliant with state requirements, include ordinances that have been passed since 2019, address oversites and remove code that is no longer applicable, and ensure the codes meet the needs of the citizens.
