Proposed Budget Amendment for 2023-2024 Fiscal Year
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's proposed amended budget for its 2023-2024 fiscal year (the 'Amendment'). In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
The public may remotely watch and listen to the open portions of the meeting through live streaming by connecting to https://www.youtube.com/@CottonwoodHeights/streams, and public comments may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at cityrecorder@ch.utah.gov up to 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council but not entered into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the April 2, 2024, city council business meeting for those who wish to voice their comments via Zoom during the public hearing.

On Friday, March 22, 2024, a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights city offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Whitmore Library and the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center, both located in the City, for posting on their public bulletin boards. The agendas for the January 16, 2024, city council meetings will also be posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov
