1. PUBLIC HEARING: Reduction in Size of Multi-Family Dwelling Units Within the Main
Street Business Districts Zone
The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider modifying
Santaquin City Code 10.20.190 to reduce the minimum square footage requirements for
various residential unit sizes in the Main Street Business Districts (MSBD) zone, allowing the
City to meet State Code Requirements related to Moderate Income Housing.
2. PUBLIC HEARING: Extensions for Preliminary and Final Plat Approvals
The Santaquin City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to consider modifying
Santaquin City Code sections 11.20.070, 11.20.080, 11.20.090, and 11.20.110 updating code
requirements for extensions for preliminary and final plat approvals.
3. Vincent Oaks Preliminary Plan
The Planning Commission will review a preliminary plan for a 7-lot subdivision located at
approximately 850 E. 450 S.
