- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES CLEARFIELD CITY PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX Proposals will be received by Clearfield City strictly through email sent to brandonj@jonescivil.com AND nancy.dean@clearfieldcity.org before 3:00pm (MDT) on Thursday, April 11, 2024, for a General Contractor ('Contractor') to provide services in connection with a new Public Works Complex ('Project'). Respondents must submit a pdf of the Proposal (including all required attachments) electronically to both emails listed above. The Request for Proposals and all other related documents may be viewed and downloaded online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration, a complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. All Proposals that are not received by the deadline will be considered late and will not be accepted. It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received. The City reserves the right to cancel and/or withdraw this Request for Proposals ('RFP') at any time and to reject any and all Proposals submitted, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
