IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit for 'Vehicle Sales/Rental Lot' use - located at approximately 3551 S Old Hwy 91 Newcastle, Utah. Applicant: Cody Knudson Approximately 1.16 acres, located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 1, T37S R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: E-0259-0260-0000). All interested persons are invited to attend.
