- Public Notice Heber City Ordinance Adoption During the Regular City Council Meeting held March 19, 2024, the Heber City Council adopted Ordinance Numbers 2024-02, 2024-07, and 2024-08. Ordinance 2024-02 updated the C-3 commercial zone, design criteria, and parking regulations. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ordinance 2024-07 approved a zone change at 22 South 100 West. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. The motion passed unanimously 5-0. Ordinance 2024-08 updated the Utility Bill Code. Voting Yes: Council Members Barney, Cheatwood, Johnston, Ostergaard, and Phillips. Voting No: none. The motion passed unanimously 5-0.
