- PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE WATER ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Genola will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Safety Building located at 455 N. Main St. Genola. The purpose of this hearing is to get public input on an amendment to the water ordinance. The amendment will be that the Planning Commission will review applications for a water connection. All information on the amended Ordinance will be available for review at the town office located at 74 W. 800 S. Genola during regular business hours Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. or electronically upon request by phone at 801-754-5300 or email @ cityclerk@gmail.com.
