- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Utah Code Section 17-50-312 and Utah County Code 2.01.030, the Board of County Commissioners, Utah Count y, Utah, will hold a public hearing on April 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Utah County Administration Building, 100 East Center Street, Room 1400, Provo, Utah, to consider the disposal of a significant parcel of real property consisting of approximately 20.387 acres, Tax Serial No. 14:058:0021 (see description below). COM S 82.36 FT & E .23 FT FR W 1/4 COR. SEC. 31, T5S, R2E, SLB&M.; S 37 DEG 22' 18' E 2516.35 FT; N 61 DEG 20' 15' W 1727.58 FT; N 80 DEG 52' 4' W 9.83 FT; N 0 DEG 5' 16' W 1169.59 FT TO BEG.
