Description/Agenda: Whereas the following Lot holders have not been used portions of the lots for burial for more than 60 years, and has not provided written notice of claim or interest, the Willard Precinct Cemetery district posts the following Notice of Lot Abandonment. Willard Precinct Cemetery Maint. District, herein declares notice of intent to certify burial rights abandoned for the following individuals: AB Taylor, William G Chandler, Thomas Birch, Martha B Wells, Mathew Dalton, Alice Miller, Byron Barker, John Wakley, GS Mason, Jonathan F Stauffer, Uriah Wood, Brigham Wood, John U Walti, M Savage, Otto Quittenbaum, Lyman Wells and Oris Wells. Please provide written notice of claim or interest in the lots or parcels to Karla Parsons, Board Chairperson, at kjnparsons@hotmail.com, prior to April 12, 2024.
