NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HELPER CITY LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD A REGULAR BI-MONTHLY MEETING ON THE 28th DAY OF March, 2024 19 SOUTH MAIN, HELPER, UTAH THE MEETING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 6:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to order 2. Roll Call 3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting 4. Director's report of the Library 5. Committee Reports 6. Public presentation to or discussion with the Board 7. Other items of interest to the Library 8. Open discussion 9. Motion for adjournment HELPER CITY LIBRARY Diana Grant, DIRECTOR THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL OPEN LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEE MEETINGS.
