- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on March 19, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-09: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO SHOW A CHANGE OF ZONE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4113 S RUSHFORD COURT FROM R-1-8 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 8,000 SQUARE FEET) TO R-1-7 (SINGLE UNIT DWELLING RESIDENTIAL, MINIMUM LOT SIZE 7,000 SQUARE FEET)' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
