Description/Agenda: South Ogden City hereby gives notice that on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the South Ogden City Council passed Ordinance 24-02. This ordinance amended South Ogden City Code 10-14-23 to require detached ADUs to have at least a 5 foot setback from all property lines. This ordinance will be applicable to all South Ogden City residents who have lots upon which detached ADUs can be legally built.
