Call to Order; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance; Prayer/Thought 2. Overview of proposed rezone parcel and receive public comment. 3. Overview of proposed zone amendment to include Auto Sales and Maintenance to commercial zone, receive public comment. 4. Overview of minimum lot size for utility provider parcels, receive public comments. 5. Adjourn. Work Session Meeting: 1. Call to Order; Roll Call; Pledge of Allegiance; Prayer/Thought 2. Vote on rezone of parcel 58:048:0125, from RA-4 (commercial overlay) to commercial. 3. Vote on proposed zone amendment to include Auto Sale and maintenance within commercial zones. 4. Vote on proposed zone amendment to provided for no minimum lot size for utility provider parcels. 5. Update from planning commissioners. 6. Update from Mayor 7. Vote to recommend adoption of Title-10. 8. Ongoing business: Zone Map North-West of S.R.-73 9. Adjourn.
