Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments on proposed zone changes to property located between property located between 200 E and 320 E and 1000 S and approximately 700 South (parcels 1-8-99, 1-8-98, 1-8-102); and property between 100 E and 200 E and approximately 690 South and 750 South (parcel 1-8-101). It is proposed to change 22.15 acres from the current RR-1 to RM-11.
