building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m.
This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items.

6. Discussion and possible action with Kate Blatter & Aliceson Thomas on collaborative service
projects and team building leadership activities for Miss Genola.
7. Discussion and possible action on a preliminary plat for Smith Family Farms owned by the
Marcia Gay Garner Trust located at approximately 350 E Center St Parcel #29.035.0147.
8. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2024-01 a proposed re-zone from A-1 to R-1
for property owned by Stuart Bagley located at 1220 Hillside Dr. in Genola parcel #
29.018.0017.
9. Discussion and possible action with Chad Coburn on the rodeo festivities at the town
celebration and the purchase of the old snow plow truck for the purpose of making it into a
water truck.
10. Discussion and possible action on the amended Verizon Cell Tower Agreement.
