Amendment(s) to the Use Regulations Table (PCMC 15.38.020) to allow for the conditional use of Construction Equipment Rental, Sales, and Service in the Highway Services District HS-1 (PCMC 15.38); b. Amendments(s) to the Use Regulations Table (PCMC 15.36.020) to allow for the permitted use of Manufactured Home Sales in the General Commercial Zone GC-1 (PCMC 15.36); and c. Adopting 'Appendix A' of PCMC 15.42, Historic Preservation Overlay District HP 2. Close Public Hearing and Open Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting. 3. Any conflicts with Items on the Agenda 4.
