ORANGEVILLE CITY City Council Emergency Meeting Agenda Wednesday, March 20, 2024 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City, Utah will hold an emergency meeting as provided in Utah Code Ann § 52-4-202, on March 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Open Meeting 2. Closed Session A closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205. 3.
