- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 03 of 2024 The Salt Lake City Council at its February 6, 2024 meeting adopted an ordinance amending the budget for the Library Fund for Fiscal Year 2023-24. Budget amendments happen several times each year to reflect adjustments to the City's budgets, including proposed project additions and modifications. The proposed amendment includes a 1% cost of living increase for all Library employees and a new full-time employee for the Safety Team.
