- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 09 of 2024 The Salt Lake City Council at its March 5, 2024 meeting adopted an ordinance adopting an ordinance amending the zoning map to apply the H-Historic Overlay District, establishing the Yalecrest-Laird Heights Local Historic District. The ordinance includes 66 homes located on Laird Avenue from 1300 East to 1500 East, including the homes on Laird Circle and Uintah Circle. The project is within Council District 6.
