Approval of check edit list, requisitions, and dispositions.
Approval of March 5, 2024, Commission Meeting Minutes.
Approval to appoint Scott Young for a two-year term and Lee Moss & Rodger Barton for a four-year term for the Emery County Weed Board. The terms will start on April 1, 2024.
Approval of Lee McElprang, Gordon Bennett & Derri Jewkes to be on the Emery County Water Conservancy Board. The four-year term starts on April 1, 2024.
Approval to give Brayden Liechty a 3% wage increase for successful completion of his 6 month orientation period as a Deputy I and 3% COLA given the first of the year, effective 4-1-24.
Approval to give Emily Pace a 3% wage increase for successful completion of her 6 month orientation period as a Lifeguard and 3% COLA given the first of the year, effective 4-1-24.
Approval to promote Timothy Larsen to a Deputy I. He is CO and SFO certified. Move from Grade 14 to Grade 15, effective 4-1-24.
Approval of combining the full time GIS Technician position with a Deputy Clerk/Auditor I position. Moving Mick Robinson into this position and giving him a 6% pay increase, effective 4-1-24.
Approval to hire Kelly Oldroyd as the full time Facilities Custodian with the full benefits package, wage Grade 12.
Approval to appoint Tammy Howland for the vacant member-at-large seat of the Emery County Fire Protection District.
Approval to appoint Katie Randal and Jamie Huggard to the Emery County Library Board
Approval to hire Tanner Hill as a Seasonal Lawn Care Laborer working 29 hours per week, $14.70 ph, with no benefits.

A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE CASTLE VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $1,200,000 for the purpose of paying all or part of the cost of acquiring or improving, through purchase or construction or both, facilities for the collection and treatment of sewage; facilities used in connection with the acquisition, treatment, storage, transportation, and supply of water for domestic, industrial secondary and other purposes; drainage and storm sewer facilities, including curbs and gutters; and transportation facilities consisting of roads, sidewalks and related bridges and viaducts; together with all necessary land, rights-of-way, equipment and furnishings therefor, and including such legal, engineering, and fiscal agent expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the acquisition of such facilities in and for the District, and related matters.

Ratification of The Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Emery County, recommending action to the Bureau of Land Management to respond during the comment period on the Land Management Plan for alternative, public, and multiple uses on a road-by-road basis.
