Wales Town Planning & Zoning Committee Notice & Agenda The regularly scheduled meeting of the Wales Town Planning and Zoning Committee will be held at 7:00 PM, 19 March 2024, at the Wales Town Hall, located at 150 N. State Street The meeting agenda is as follows: 1. Meeting call to order 2. Roll call 3. Review and approve minutes of committee meeting held on 20 February 2024. 4. Petitions and Communications: - Hayden Nicholes - Permit review for 12x20 shed and 10x20 metal carport to be constructed at 110 South State Street. - Michael Dyches - Permit review for home construction at 175 East 100 North. - Chad Edmunds - Concept review for lot subdivision and home construction at approximately 300 South 100 East (southeast fields - undeveloped portion of Town). 5. Business: - Committee review of proposed Town Ordinances; A. - Impact Fee Ordinance. B. - Adequate Public Facility Ordinance. - Committee recommendation concerning new ordinances. - Implementation of General Plan Public Survey. 6.
