BRIGHAM CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on April 4, 2024 at 6:00 PM, or shortly thereafter, to hear public input on the sale of surplus real property described as: A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14 AND A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST OF THE SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN. BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FOREST STREET, ALSO BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BIG J MILLING & ELEVATOR CO. INC. PROPERTY, TAX ID NO. 03-113-0025 LOCATED 467.84 FEET NORTH 89 51'10' WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 23 AND 133.21 FEET NORTH 00 02'21' WEST FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 23; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 88 49'25' EAST 200.12 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE SOUTH 01 10'35' WEST 109.46 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 53 02'15' WEST 109.67 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 74 16'04' WEST 114.34 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BIG J MILLING & ELEVATOR CO. INC. PROPERTY TAX ID NO. 03-113-0067; THENCE NORTH 00 02'21' WEST 210.49 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID BIG J MILLING & ELEVATOR CO. INC. PROPERTIES TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 34,036 SQUARE FEET OR 0.781 ACRES. The meeting will be held at the Brigham City Council Chambers at 20 North Main Street. All interested parties are invited to attend.
