- INVITATION TO BID The West Haven City Corporation will be accepting sealed bids for Country Park Bleachers Installation Project. Bids shall be submitted at the City office, 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven City, UT 84401 until 10:00 AM, April 9th, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened. The project consists of Bleach site preparation, bleacher installation and anchor system. Electronic Bid documents may be obtained from Logan Zollinger at Gardner Engineering (801-476-0202) on or after March 21st, 2024 at 1:00 pm.
